Refund / Cancellation Policy

Please read the following policies prior to requesting a refund. To request a refund, please contact us.

Practice Tests

We will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid, given the following conditions:

1. The Practice Test has not been logged into and started
2. The refund request is made within 60 calendar days of purchase

Flash Cards

Flash cards are non-refundable.

Online Live Classes

We will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid, given the following conditions:

1. The class is canceled at least 5 days in advance of the start date of the class

Refunds will not be issued for:

1. Corporate IT issues
2. Sudden customer schedule changes. In this case the customer will be moved to another class if possible, or the customer can watch the recorded session.

In-Person Classes

GBES is a reseller of in-person training. Each training provider has their own cancellation policy. Please contact the provider directly to determine their policy.

Online Anytime Classes

We will issue a refund in the form and amount of the original tender paid, given the following conditions:

1. The class has not been logged into and started
2. The refund request is made within 60 calendar days of purchase
